How do I fund my GenadePro wallet?
You can fund your wallet directly through the GenadePro app using your debit or credit card.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring safety and compliance.
Once funded, you can use your wallet balance to book services or buy units (if you’re a provider).
Can I withdraw money from my wallet?
Yes.
- Clients: You can withdraw unused wallet funds at any time as long as they’re not tied to an active request.
- Providers: You can withdraw completed job earnings instantly once the client confirms the job as done.
If a job has already been accepted or is in progress, funds can only be released after a support review and resolution (to ensure fairness for both sides).
What happens if I want a refund after booking a service?
If the job request has not yet been accepted by a provider, your funds can be withdrawn immediately.
If a provider has already accepted the request, a refund or resolution will be handled by our support team after confirming the job status.
Refunds are processed directly to your wallet or payment source, depending on the situation.
How do providers buy units?
After signing in as a service provider, go to your wallet or “Buy Units” tab.
You’ll find three packages:
100 units – £83 (17% off)
Payments are instant and your new unit balance appears in your profile immediately.
25 units – £25
50 units – £46 (8% off)
Can units be refunded or transferred?
No. Once purchased, units are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, they do not expire, so you can use them anytime to accept job requests or create new services.
Is there a fee for withdrawals or deposits?
No. GenadePro does not charge for wallet funding or withdrawals.
Standard Stripe processing fees may apply depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
What if a client or provider disagrees about a completed job?
Our Resolution & Support Team steps in to review the case.
Payments remain on hold until a fair decision is reached.
This ensures that both clients and providers are protected under our escrow system.
Can I use GenadePro outside the UK?
Currently, GenadePro operates across Scotland and is expanding into other parts of the UK.
We’ll announce regional rollouts soon — stay tuned through our social channels.
How long does it take to receive my earnings after a job?
Once the client confirms completion, payments are released instantly to your wallet.
From there, you can withdraw directly to your bank account — usually within minutes to a few hours, depending on your bank.
