Browse Verified Providers or Post a Job Request
Once inside the app you can browse verified local service providers in your area or post a specific job request describing what you need. The app automatically detects your location and shows you available providers nearby. You can filter by service category including cleaning, car detailing, handyman work, gardening, painting, and more. Every provider profile shows their verified status, ratings, reviews from previous clients, and service categories.
Choose Your Provider and Confirm Your Booking
Browse provider profiles and reviews before making a decision. When you find the right person, confirm your booking through the app. All pricing is visible and agreed before you confirm. There are no hidden charges added after the fact. Once you confirm, nearby verified providers are notified and can accept your request. The first provider to accept secures the booking.
Pay Securely Through Escrow
When you confirm a booking, you pay through the app via our secure Stripe integration. Your payment is held in escrow and is not released to the provider until you confirm the job is complete. This means your money is fully protected throughout the entire process. No cash. No transfers to unknown accounts. No risk of paying and receiving nothing.
The Provider Completes the Job
Your verified provider arrives at the agreed time and completes the service. When the work is done, the provider marks the job as complete in the app. You receive a notification asking you to review and confirm completion. Take a moment to check the work meets your expectations before confirming.
Confirm Completion and Leave a Review
Confirm the job is complete through the app. This releases your escrowed payment to the provider. You are then prompted to leave a rating and review based on your experience. Your review is visible to other clients and helps maintain the quality standard of providers on the platform. If there is an issue with the work, raise a dispute through the app before confirming and our support team will assist you.

Download the App and Register as a Provider
Download GenadePro free on iOS or Android. When prompted to choose your account type, select Become a Pro. Fill in your personal details, the services you offer, and your operating location. Registration is free and there are no upfront fees of any kind. You are not charged anything until you earn from a completed job.
Complete the Five-Stage Verification Process
Every provider on GenadePro must complete our five-stage verification process before being listed on the platform. This process is what makes clients trust you before they even meet you and is one of GenadePro’s most important differentiators from other platforms. The process typically takes 24 to 72 hours once all required documents have been submitted. Details of each stage are outlined in the verification section below.
Go Live and Start Receiving Job Notifications
Once your verification is approved, your profile goes live on the platform and you begin receiving real-time job notifications from clients in your area. The GenadePro algorithm prioritises providers who are geographically closest to the client first. Keeping your availability settings updated and responding to notifications quickly significantly increases the volume of jobs you receive.
Accept Jobs and Complete the Work
When a job notification arrives you have a defined window to accept it. If you do not accept within that window, the job enters a Discover Session where other nearby providers can accept it. Accept only the jobs you can complete to a high standard within your available hours. Your rating and review history directly affect how many future job notifications you receive, so every booking matters.
Mark the Job Complete and Get Paid
When you finish the job, mark it as complete in the app. The client receives a notification to confirm and review. Once the client confirms, the escrowed payment is released to your GenadePro wallet automatically. There is no invoicing, no chasing, and no awkward payment conversations. Your wallet balance is paid out automatically to your registered bank account every Friday before 12 noon via Stripe. No action required on your part.
Build Your Reviews and Grow Your Income
After every completed job, encourage your client to leave a review through the app. Your review history and overall rating are the most important factors in how many job notifications you receive. Providers with consistently strong ratings appear higher in client search results and receive priority notifications for new jobs in their area. How Escrow Payment Protection Works on GenadePro
Escrow is the mechanism that makes every transaction on GenadePro safe for both clients and providers. Here is a plain explanation of what escrow means and why it matters.
All payments, escrow holds, and payouts are processed exclusively by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. GenadePro never holds client funds directly. This means your money is protected by Stripe’s security infrastructure throughout every transaction.
